Pantone Color Of The Year: 2012

UM....I'm wildly obsessed with Pantone's color of the year: Tangerine!! This is a great tone because it can vary so far into the peach tone, orange tone, and pink tone. It's actually one of my favorite colors that I have been wearing for a while because a light shade of tangerine is a great compliment to us fair-skinned chicks. Just last weekend I went out and purchased too many items to count in different shades of tangerine and I just could not be more thrilled. So get out there people, and get with it!

P.S- While you're out shopping because my lovely self has brainwashed you into retail therapy, look for metallic items, chiffon tops, bandeaus, and BOLD prints since these are all trends exploding all over the place for 2012.

Okay, everyone. I think it's necessary that I make a point of this. These stupid animal hats are THE worst thing to ever become a trend in the past decade. This is actually worse than neon colored leggings. Just because something is a popular trend does not mean it creates style. I repeat, a TREND and STYLE are very, VERY different things. Please people, take off these atrocities and buy some real winter wear, dammit. That is all.
